The Role

  • Assist APAC Region team by building and maintaining relationships with key business leaders, stakeholders and support partners including IT, Comms, Legal, EHS, HR, Works councils, Safety Committees, Security, etc.
  • Facilitate interaction with RDC Finance team & Region APAC Financial Analysts to ensure budget and costs are tracked accurately and included in Annual Business Planning and Opex/Capex Budget Process.
  • Execute on Global and Regional initiatives.
  • Provide Operational oversight for project/program management when required.
  • Maintain RE&F standards, methodologies, processes & governance. Ensure Data integrity across all RDC level information.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

  • Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities Management relative experience.
  • Finance, Budgeting, and commercial acumen.
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute multiple concurrent projects.
  • Understanding of country regulations and cultural nuances regarding real estate and facilities.
  • Strong Oral and Written Presentation Skills.
  • Experience in partnering with third party providers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
