Job description

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Futures & Options, as well as Cleared Derivative products and post-trade processes.
  • Skilled in understanding proposed technical solutions and assessing their effectiveness and performance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, along with operational management of a software stack.
  • A strong business-oriented mindset, capable of executing tailored strategies to achieve optimal business results.
  • Proficiency in breaking down complex problems and making timely decisions,
  • Ability to work independently and knowing when to seek input from others
  • Experienced in creating new standard operating procedures and documentation to address and prevent recurring issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee business requirements analysis and delivery for core F&O clearing and back office platforms.
  2. Collaborate with F&O Business, Marketing, Client Solutions, and Operations to understand core needs.
  3. Work with global tech teams on requirement analysis, milestone tracking, and end-to-end testing support
  4. Coordinate with external vendors for platform delivery.
  5. Prioritize tasks from regional stakeholders and collaborate with global teams to deliver on tasks.
