Business Analyst/Project Manager (Capital Markets)

About the Job

1. Project & Functional Expertise
   1. Manage end-to-end project execution (scoping, execution, testing, production).
   2. Conduct functional analysis and define solutions.
   3. Lead UAT planning, change management, and go-live support.
2. Stakeholder & Governance Management
   1. Build strong relationships with business teams, IT teams, and clients.
   2. Influence global teams to deliver APAC-specific solutions.
   3. Identify risks/issues and escalate as needed.
3. Process Optimization & Support
   1. Drive process improvement & innovation.
   2. Offer functional support and train business users.
   3. Maintain support documentation (wiki/SharePoint).

About You

1. 7-10 years in investment banking as a functional project manager.
2. Strong techno-functional expertise with SQL, Jira, and MS Office skills.
3. Experience in trade life cycle and capital markets architecture.
4. Ability to work across geographies in a matrix organization.
