We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst/Project Manager with strong client and project management skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or business technology, with the ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with user experience (UX) best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication between technical teams and business users.
• Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with developers and UX designers to ensure solutions meet business objectives and usability standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• User Experience (UX) Awareness: Apply high-level UX principles to ensure solutions are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Documentation: Prepare business cases, user stories, process flows, and training materials as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager of IT projects.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles and project coordination.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
