Qualifications

Responsibilities:- Act as PMO for the SCF system rollout across APAC banking branches, including project scheduling and progress tracking.
- Support product managers by assisting in stakeholder communication and system demonstrations.
- Coordinate and promote UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test case preparation and defect tracking.
- Provide support during production setup and issue resolution.
- Ensure clear communication among project stakeholders across regions.
Requirements:- Min. of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in banking industry with IT project PMO is compulsory. Candidates with working experience in Consulting firm will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience with global system rollouts is required, especially in banking environment.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and business processes.
- Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving defects is necessary.
- A strong understanding of the banking business is expected.
- Excellent communication skills are required for this role.
- Advanced documentation and technical writing skills. Good in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
