Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the redesign and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning for financial planning and develop Tableau-based business intelligence solutions. This role supports Finance transformation initiatives with a focus on solution design, configuration, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning configuration, modelling, and reporting improvements
• Manage integration between Workday and other systems
• Develop and implement Tableau dashboards and BI solutions
• Utilize SQL, Python, and ETL tools for data automation and processing
• Gather and document business requirements; perform process mapping
• Manage stakeholders and support project delivery in financial services

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proven Workday Adaptive Planning and Tableau implementation experience
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial data modelling
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver training/change management

Ideal Candidate:

Duration:

11 months 30 days contract.
