Job summary

Synpulse Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to lead regulatory compliance initiatives, AML and KYC workflows, and financial crime controls for global financial institutions.

You will translate complex requirements into precise documentation, automate processes, and drive improvements across client engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Regulatory Compliance, FCC, AML & KYC.
• Experience in technical delivery and end-to-end process familiarity.
• Experience with Actimise or Netreveal highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual processes, diagnose inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation.
• Evaluate and analyse existing business processes to identify improvements.
• Ensure user stories have sufficient details for developers to estimate and implement.

Job Details

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

1. You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.


2. Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.


3. Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement


4. Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.

Job Requirements

1. Degree holder.


2. At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Regulatory Compliance, FCC,AML & KYC. Must have experience in technical delivery and familiarity with the whole process.


3. Has worked on either Actimise or Netreveal is highly preferred


4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.


5. Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
