They are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst Manager to lead a high-performing team in supporting business change initiatives across the organization. As the Business Analyst Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of business analysts, overseeing the design and delivery of business solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities. You will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective collaboration across business, technology, and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts to support strategic and operational projects across departments.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand current challenges, define requirements, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for system and process improvements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user stories.
  • Partner with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure business analysis practices align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Track project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience within the financial services sector (e.g., banking, insurance, wealth management, fintech).
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with regulatory and compliance-related projects is an advantage.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) are preferred.
