They are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting business change initiatives across the organization. As the Business Analyst Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of business analysts, overseeing the design and delivery of business solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities. You will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective collaboration across business, technology, and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts to support strategic and operational projects.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand challenges, define requirements, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for system and process improvements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Partner with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting quality standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Ensure analysis practices align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Track project performance and report regularly to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Experience in the financial services sector (e.g., banking, insurance, wealth management, fintech).
• Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and BI platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance projects is advantageous.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) are preferred.
