Job description

We are seeking two skilled Korean-speaking Business Analysts with experience in the banking domain to join a high-mpact project involving client workshops and implementation planning. This role is based in Singapore and requires some travel to Seoul for key project phases, workshops, client meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in workshops and meetings with banking clients
• Support platform implementation and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and solution architects.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in business analysis
• Proven experience in banking-related projects
• Good understanding of banking operations or products
• Proficient in Korean (spoken and written) – business level proficiency highly preferred as this will be liaising with Korean-speaking clients in Seoul
• Experience with implementation of platforms supporting Trade Finance, Payments, Loans, and Current & Savings accounts a plus

This is a contract role based in Singapore.
