Job summary

NOBILITY SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Singapore to drive requirement gathering and end-to-end project delivery.

The role requires 4-6 years as a BA, strong experience in SIT, UAT, and system go-live, and hands-on workflow automation using K2 or OutSystems. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders. You will work independently, manage timelines and coordinate multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• End-to-end implementation experience: requirement gathering, SIT, UAT, and go-live.
• 3+ years in workflow and process automation using K2, OutSystems, or similar.
• OutSystems workflow automation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
