Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a product manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle from problem definition to release and ongoing improvement. You will interview stakeholders and users to shape problems, define clear statements, and craft proposals to secure funding.

You will define success metrics, build dashboards, create roadmaps, and collaborate with designers and engineers to develop, test, and release products that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
