Responsibilities:

You'll tackle application issues head-on, coordinate exciting projects, and ensure our POS and e-commerce platforms run smoothly.
Application Support:
Provide application support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.
Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
Vendor Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of vendor systems.
Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance of systems.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application support, project coordination, and vendor management.
Ideally with (POS) point of sale systems or Ecommerce platform experiences.
