Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our Consulting team. The role involves supporting clients with performance analytics, data transformation, and strategic reporting initiatives. This position is ideal for someone confident in acting as a subject matter expert, driving data-led insights, and aligning stakeholders across complex transformation programs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business and functional requirements.
2. Analyse current vs. target-state processes, systems, and data models.
3. Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analyses for new initiatives.
4. Ensure stakeholder buy-in and sign-off on documentation.
5. Liaise with delivery teams to support accurate interpretation of requirements.
6. Support project delivery and change initiatives across multiple functions.
7. Assist with internal communications, training, and stakeholder readiness.
8. Provide implementation support including issue triage and status reporting.
9. Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies end-to-end for smaller projects.

Minimum Experience and Skills:

• 7–10 years of experience in performance analytics, business analysis, or financial reporting (preferably within consulting or financial services).
• Experience in banking, insurance, and/or asset management industries is preferred.
• Strong technical skills in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; SQL experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of FactSet, performance calculations, and reporting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
