Rezonate is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in Singapore to bridge business, operations, and AI delivery. You will shape how AI agents are scoped, designed, and measured in production environments, aligning client needs with commercially viable and compliant AI solutions.

You will learn how AI products are scoped, priced, and measured in real deployments and how business decisions influence AI system design and risk management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong academic excellence (Minimal GPA: 4.0/5 or 3.4/4)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Background in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client workflows such as call center operations, patient triage, billing, and claims to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Document current and future workflows using simple flowcharts or diagrams.
• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders, aligned to goals like reducing AHT, improving deflection, or increasing appointment rates.
• Support definition of intents, success criteria, edge cases, and escalation flows in collaboration with AI Engineers.
• Analyze conversation logs and operational data using Excel or SQL.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing to ensure AI agents meet business logic and compliance requirements.
