This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, combining functional analysis, testing, and project support.

Overview

Functional/BA role focused on health and public services projects, delivering business analysis, functional design, testing support, and project coordination within Agile/Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows; act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams; perform gap analyses and recommend improvements; maintain functional documentation.
• Testing & QA: Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression); manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards; support UAT and facilitate user sign-off.
• Project Support: Assist in deployments and post-go-live support; participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning); contribute to effort estimation and timelines; collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.

Qualifications
