Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst experienced in Agile practices with keen interest in Government Projects.

• Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.
• Basic Salary up to $8,800.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
• Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies.
• Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
• Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution.
• Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience required, IT related tertiary education.
• Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
• Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solution and design.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies / Data Analytics.
• CSM/ CSPO and Salesforce Related Certifications.
