About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client in public sector and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our government projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients' business requirements and the technology solutions we provide. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

There are several vacancies in Business Analyst, Data Analyst and Project Exec roles that range from 3 months to 24 months period.

What you'll be doing

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements, processes and workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that address our clients' needs

• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle

• Provide support and training to end-users on the implemented solutions

• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the delivered solutions

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the government or public sector

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
