How You Succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to distill complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop analytics solutions that meet those needs. You'll need to be able to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner and be able to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

What You Do

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand and support strategic business objectives
• Contribute to high-impact projects across FX, FX derivatives, securities, structured products, digital assets, and crypto
• Lead end-to-end project delivery—from requirements gathering and functional specifications to testing and go-live—using both SDLC and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Analyze complex business challenges, define scope, and propose solutions with clear cost-benefit insights
• Evaluate and optimize business processes, anticipating future needs and recommending innovative solutions
• Stay ahead of financial market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
• Act as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Who You Are

• Strong understanding of Global Markets functions, treasury products, and trade lifecycles
• Hands-on experience in financial markets, treasury, wealth management, and related domains
• Demonstrated growth mindset and learning agility through diverse roles across domains, products, and functions
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specification documents
• Familiar with platforms and technologies including Murex, electronic FX, derivatives pricing, digital assets, and crypto
• Digitally savvy; proficient in productivity tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to ownership and independent delivery
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and varying levels of seniority
