Job description

Our client is an established local bank, seeking to hire a Business Analyst to join their GEN AI initiatives.

Scope

1. Support the operationalisation of the Gen AI tool in Securities products for operational processing within the International Banking Group.
2. Assist the user community with business queries and guidance to optimise system usage in daily BAU activities.
3. Understand the project scope and associated changes, supporting the Project Manager in impact assessments. Document the rationale for projects with no impact.
4. For impactful projects, ensure design alignment with strategic data flow strategies, playing a governance role.
5. Gather and review stakeholder requirements, conducting walkthroughs with the team.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure business solutions are well thought out, considering long-term standards, design for no operations, and front-end configuration.
7. Propose testing approaches and sign-off criteria, securing stakeholder concurrence.
8. Manage UAT timelines, batch runs, re-runs, and testing results.
9. Prepare comprehensive documentation on data flow, design, business solutions, and testing approaches, following predefined templates.
