Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to support key operational initiatives within our bank. This role will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, working closely with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or a related field;
• Must be able to manage change effectively and ensure high-quality deliverables are completed within project timelines;
• Proficient in Office 365 applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word;
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong reporting, presentation, and collaborative skills;
• Ability to align business objectives with technological solutions.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in Fund Accounting/Fund Administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories;
• Support and represent end users in stakeholder discussions across all phases of the SDLC;
• Prepare, execute, and track UAT test cases, manage defect reporting and resolution;
• Facilitate change implementation and monitor post-production performance;
• Lead coordination of enhancement walkthroughs and user training sessions, and support resolution of production issues;
• Assist in tracking and consolidating data for MIS, metrics, benchmarks, and strategy reporting.
