We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior IT Business Analyst to join our CIO Office, responsible for identifying, analysing, and driving AI and digitalisation opportunities across the organisation. Acting as a key liaison between business units, technology teams, and leadership, the candidate will champion enterprise-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units and IT stakeholders to identify AI, automation, and digitalisation opportunities.

• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design and proof-of-concept for AI-driven and digital initiatives.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, digital tools, and platforms to assess business applicability and value.

• Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations for AI and digital projects.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions to align business needs and technology capabilities.

• Define and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with data scientists, solution architects, and project managers to deliver AI-enabled solutions.

• Support change management, user adoption, and training plans for new digital processes and systems.

• Track industry trends and contribute insights to the CIO Office’s strategic digital roadmap.

• Measure and report on the business outcomes and ROI of AI and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

• Min 7 years of experience in IT business analysis, with significant exposure to AI, analytics, or digitalisation projects.

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology initiatives in a complex business environment.

• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, data analytics, automation tools, and digital technologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience with business process modelling, requirements elicitation techniques, and solution assessment.

• Familiarity with Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery frameworks.

• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
