Job description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in FinTech - Trading domain to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various FinTech applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Participate in key project activities such as Market Research, Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Implementation.
  • Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating product performance after launch.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.
  • Proactively identify and help resolve product risks, issues, and potential roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech industry (Future Trading, Trader Integration, Option, FX etc.).
  • Knowledge with software development and web technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
