Job description

Location: Singapore | Full-time | Entry to Mid-Level | Bilingual (English & Mandarin)

We are hiring a Business Analyst to support the delivery of core banking system projects, with a focus on deposit or retail account modules. This is a collaborative role that sits between business users and technical teams—providing hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and developers to ensure business requirements are well captured, communicated, and validated across stakeholders. This role offers strong exposure to banking operations and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and documenting business requirements related to banking system modules.

  • Support the translation of business needs into functional specifications under guidance from senior team members.

  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure clarity and accuracy of implementation scope.

  • Participate in testing activities, user training coordination, and go-live support.

  • Help track project issues, document user feedback, and assist with follow-up actions.

  • Provide bilingual support (Mandarin-English) when liaising with regional stakeholders and technical teams.

Candidate Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen preferred.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Banking, or related disciplines.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (required for collaboration with regional teams).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the banking systems domain.

  • Prior experience in BA, banking operations support, or IT project coordination is a plus.
