Business Analyst – FinTech

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
• Location: Central
• Remuneration: Up to $6,500 + AWS + VB

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business needs and innovative blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of distributed ledger systems, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements specific to blockchain initiatives.
• Conduct detailed market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities in the decentralized technology space.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and documentation to support agile development and product lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on blockchain use cases and product features.
• Translate blockchain concepts into language suitable for business stakeholders and decision-makers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven background as a Business Analyst in blockchain, fintech, or other emerging technology domains.
• Familiarity with blockchain frameworks (such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda) and related concepts (smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, tokenization).
• Ability to bridge business objectives with technical feasibility in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Understanding of regulatory landscapes impacting blockchain projects.
• Previous experience working on decentralized applications or Web3 ecosystems.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or Blockchain technologies.
