• Min. 5 years of both Technical & Functional Business Analyst experience with proven track record in IT business analysis, application solution, and design

• Understanding and interest in evolving solutions and technology trends in the financial technology sector.

• With strong product knowledge in both fiat and digital asset payments, and a background as a Business Analyst or Product Manager—who can clearly define and deliver requirements related to payment services

We are looking for skilled and talented Business Analyst, Payment Product, be part of our dynamic and innovative Product Technology Team in empowering the next generation of finance building the future of Digital Payments & Wealth Innovation.

The role will facilitate in the development of our core payment infrastructure for cross-border payments platform in connecting traditional finance with next-generation payment thru adoption of advance financial and sustainable technology.

This will be an opportunity to be involve in next generation product innovation, collective determination of best technical solutions and initiatives covering areas such as digital assets, digital payment and crypto-finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishmonitoring mechanismsandtracking systems thru adoption of technological advancement in unlocking new possibilities for next generation of digital payment and crypto-finance, while ensure operational excellence andmitigate any financial or operational risk

• Research, create and maintain of product documentation, including developing tools and procedures tostreamline operational tasksin a fast-paced environment.

• Understand business processes, identify requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

• Develop business case, engagement plans for development initiatives.

• Facilitatediscussions with stakeholdersto identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and strategies in developing safe and efficient technology enabled payment infrastructures for the financial technology sector

• Monitor, review international and domestic technology trends and developments, and stay updatedwith the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in both Technical & Functional aspects or equivalent.

• Proven track record in IT business analysis, application solution, and design

• Experience in technical writing, developing user guides and documentations.

• Excellent written communication skills including ability to develop content that explains highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

• Understanding and interest in evolving solutions and technology trends in the financial technology sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel with macro capabilities. Knowledge of VB .net and PowerBI is advantageous.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese so that one can manage both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Team player, able to collaborate, work effectively and constructively in multi-disciplinary teams.

• Related payment technology product experience in technology startups, leading financial technology firms and technology venture capital companies will be plus.
