Job description

Business Analysis

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for development team.
• Investigate and analyze issues and gaps in current production process and propose solution
• Facilitate workshops and discussion with cross-functional teams

Solution Design and delivery

• Work alongside technical leads to design optimized solution
• Ensure requirements and solution aligns with the bank’s architecture, security and regulatory guidelines
• Support end to end delivery from requirements gathering through implementation
• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
• Coordinate and provide support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Assist in reviewing test cases and supporting UAT activities
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Business Analyst with experience working in wealth management
• Hands on experience with OLYMPIC banking system (Or equivalent like T24/ Transact)
• Strong understanding of financial products (securities, loans, deposits, FX etc)
• Ability to create clear documentation: Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environment with flexibility to reprioritize tasks as needed
• Knowledgeable with SQL and able to create queries for data analysis and validation
• Knowledge with AS400 is a plus
