Business Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for development team.
- Investigate and analyze issues and gaps in current production process and propose solution
- Facilitate workshops and discussion with cross-functional teams
Solution Design and delivery
- Work alongside technical leads to design optimized solution
- Ensure requirements and solution aligns with the bank’s architecture, security and regulatory guidelines
- Support end to end delivery from requirements gathering through implementation
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
- Coordinate and provide support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Assist in reviewing test cases and supporting UAT activities
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Business Analyst with experience working in wealth management
- Hands on experience with OLYMPIC banking system (Or equivalent like T24/ Transact)
- Strong understanding of financial products (securities, loans, deposits, FX etc)
- Ability to create clear documentation: Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environment with flexibility to reprioritize tasks as needed
- Knowledgeable with SQL and able to create queries for data analysis and validation
- Knowledge with AS400 is a plus
