Business Analyst - Core Banking

Job Description:

1. Strong domain expertise in Core Banking - account opening (main/sub accounts), local payment gateways (FAST/GIRO), and remittance processes (e.g., TT)
2. In-depth understanding of end-to-end banking system flows and integrations
3. Ability to analyze, document, and explain complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
4. Work closely with business users, developers, and testers to ensure functional and technical alignment
5. Hands-on experience in system analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting issues across multiple systems
6. Exposure to core banking platforms (e.g., T24, Finacle, Flexcube) is a plus
7. Familiar with message formats like SWIFT, ISO20022, and local payment schemes
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
9. Prior experience in Agile or hybrid project environments is advantageous
