Join Grab's GTS Commercial Systems team as a Business Analyst Trainee to bridge business goals and technical delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders from various Grab functions like GCS and MEX to understand objectives, processes, and pain points.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, document user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and map business processes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination by creating test scenarios and ensuring effective validation by business users.
- Work alongside senior Business Analysts to analyze requests and contribute to demand shaping aligned with platform strategy.
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements and process flows using Jira and Confluence.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Retrospectives to understand agile delivery.
- Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist in grooming the product backlog to prepare initiatives for solution design.
