Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to bridge regional commercial and finance stakeholders with the technical team on a strategic digital transformation project for a global consumer goods leader.

You will translate complex business logic into scalable system architecture, design intuitive UI/UX, and drive UAT and continuous testing across SAPMENA markets.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of TPM, P&L financials, and Supply Chain metrics.
• Proven Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and UAT leadership.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system design and UX/UI considerations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and harmonize complex commercial planning requirements across multiple SAPMENA markets.
• Map As-Is legacy processes to To-Be scalable web app workflows with unified channel strategies.
• Write detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for data ingestion, UI/UX, reporting, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with the development team to design intuitive UI/UX interfaces for dense data inputs and dashboards.
• Perform continuous functional testing in-sprint and triage defects early.
• Write comprehensive UAT scripts and support business users through UAT execution and defect resolution.
• Facilitate sprint demos, capture feedback, and manage requirements governance to prevent scope creep.

VISEO is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a strategic digital transformation project for a global leader in the consumer goods space. You will act as the crucial bridge between regional commercial and finance stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring complex business logic is accurately translated into scalable system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Translation: Partner with key business stakeholders across multiple SAPMENA markets to gather, document, and harmonize complex commercial planning requirements.
• Process Mapping & Blueprinting: Analyze "As-Is" legacy processes and map them to "To-Be" scalable web app workflows, ensuring distinct channel strategies (e.g., traditional retail vs. e-commerce) are accommodated within a unified framework.
• Agile Backlog Management: Write highly detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria covering data ingestion, UI/UX workflows, reporting, and role-based access control
• Solution Design & Wireframing: Collaborate closely with the development team to design intuitive UI/UX interfaces that simplify dense data inputs and financial dashboards.
• Continuous Testing (In-Sprint): Actively participate in the build phase by performing continuous functional testing against acceptance criteria as features are developed, identifying and triaging defects early.
• UAT Preparation & Execution: Independently write comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, prepare test data, and directly support business users through UAT execution and defect resolution.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate sprint demos ("Show & Tells"), capture business feedback, and manage requirements governance to prevent scope creep while driving user adoption.

Profile

• Experience: 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant, preferably within the FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Supply Chain sectors.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Commercial Planning, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), P& L financials, and Supply Chain metrics.
• UI/UX Acumen: A strong eye for user experience, with the ability to design and advocate for highly intuitive, user-friendly screens for non-technical business users.
• Agile & Testing Expertise: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, writing precise User Stories, and leading UAT phases from script creation to user support.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently negotiate requirements and align senior commercial and finance leadership across different markets.
