Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Change Management and Change Enablement within the Transformation Programme Office of the IT Group. The role involves working closely with cross-functional product teams to assess, design, and implement effective change strategies, particularly focusing on transitioning on-premise systems to cloud-based products and adopting a product management operating model. The successful candidate will analyze organizational needs and translate them into actionable plans to drive change initiatives, foster stakeholder engagement, and ensure readiness.

As a Change Management Manager, you will:

  1. Lead the creation of Change Strategies and Plans, develop stakeholder engagement plans, design and execute change management initiatives, plan communications, enable training, and coach product teams for successful change adoption.
  2. Utilize data and analytics related to change management to refine strategies, conduct impact and stakeholder analyses, and drive change adoption.
  3. Build relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with product teams and leadership to align project objectives and desired behaviors.
  4. Maintain regular interactions with the Enterprise Architect team and other stakeholders to foster cross-team collaboration and alignment.
  5. Develop understanding of business/operations users' knowledge of product management and the operating model, facilitating business and people readiness for adoption.
  6. Possess knowledge or experience in Talent & Organization capabilities, including large-scale transformation, operating models, talent strategy, leadership, culture, and behavioral change.
  7. Prepare and facilitate stakeholder engagements as part of change management plans.
  8. Develop workforce transformation strategies and provide advisory on talent management activities for the Transformation Programme Office.
  9. Perform other tasks as required by the Transformation Programme Office.

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management for Associate Consultants.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Change Management for Consultants.
  • Over 8 years of experience in Change Management for Senior Consultants.
  • Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation projects in the public services industry.
  • Ability to identify and manage resistance, risks, and challenges, supporting actionable plans.
  • Strong understanding of transformation projects, especially modernization of legacy systems like Mainframe technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, agile, and technology-driven environments, as well as independently.
  • Proven problem-solving and design thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering high-impact messages to senior audiences and facilitating complex discussions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing capability development programs for workforce transformation.
  • Knowledge or experience in Cloud or SaaS adoption strategies is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
