We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Business Process Improvement team. This role plays a key part in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving change across the organization. You will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), Software Development Team, IT, Operations, and External Consultants to design, implement, and roll out improved business processes and systems.

As a change facilitator, you will be responsible not only for identifying improvement opportunities but also for driving adoption and behavioral change across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.
  • Design and document optimized workflows and operational processes that are scalable and efficient.
  • Translate business needs into detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with the PMO, IT, Operations, and Development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Act as a change agent to support rollouts, training, and smooth adoption of new processes/systems.
  • Coordinate implementation efforts, working with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
  • Measure and track the effectiveness of improvements post-implementation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Amount of accumulated time savings per year through streamlined processes
  • Successful implementation and adoption of new workflows/systems
  • Reduction in turnaround time and manual tasks
  • Accuracy and completeness of business requirement documentation
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in process improvement and/or system implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with PMO, IT, Operations, and Development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in business process analysis, workflow design, and requirement documentation.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate change management and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have:

  • Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, OA or workflow automation systems
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing company
