Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive business transformation projects across banking and financial services. You will conduct process discovery, map current-state processes, and gather comprehensive requirements.

You will prepare BRDs, collaborate with solution teams, support UAT, and help implement process improvements with a focus on automation and digital transformation. Strong English communication and multi-stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping capabilities.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business requirement discussions.
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and business process documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes, including Loans, Trade Finance, Remittance, and KYC.
• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, or OCR solutions will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, or OCR solutions will be an added advantage.
