Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team for the 'Orbium Barclays Reg Q3 ext 22 11414752' project with Barclays, a leading global financial institution known for innovative solutions.

Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze organizational processes and systems, assess the business model and its integration with technology, and research, gather, and synthesize information. You will analyze the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future business solutions. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills, engaging with multiple teams, and making team decisions. You will provide cross-team solutions and address business area problems. Proficiency in Business Process Design is required, along with advanced skills in Avaloq Lending & Credit. Skills in Scope Management, Avaloq FX & Money Market Management, and Avaloq Derivatives & Structured Products are recommended, with expert proficiency in Scope Management and advanced proficiency in the others.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
3. Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
4. Provide guidance and support to project teams
