Business Analyst (AI & Data Analytics)

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive our data and AI transformation initiatives, focusing on:

• Developing AI/LLM solutions for financial analysis and automation
• Creating business intelligence solutions using Tableau and modern analytics tools
• Managing and optimizing complex data pipelines and analytics workflows
• Leveraging enterprise systems data, such as Workday and Adaptive Planning
  
  

This role requires expertise in AI technologies, data analytics, and BI development to support our Finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data science, AI solution design, and business intelligence implementation.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in data analytics and AI/LLM implementations within financial services
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
• Expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience in developing and deploying LLM applications
• Successful track record in managing large-scale data projects
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and AI/ML services
• Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning systems is a plus
