Job summary

Vinova PTE. LTD. seeks a technically savvy Business Analyst to identify AI-driven automation opportunities, design AI prototypes, and support AI adoption across divisions, improving operational efficiency and enabling strategic AI initiatives.

You will analyze processes, design prototypes, monitor performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to scale AI solutions while ensuring responsible AI tool usage and governance.

Qualifications

• Competent in Python for AI prototype development.
• Experience navigating public sector contexts and stakeholder needs.
• Strong interest in AI trends and development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose AI-based automation solutions.
• Design and support the development of AI prototypes to maximize adoption and integration success across divisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI projects, developing strategies to scale successful implementations.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to build AI literacy and promote safe, responsible AI tool adoption.
• Track and report on AI initiative outcomes, including efficiency improvements and cost savings, to support long-term AI strategy.
• Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation, and training materials to sustain process excellence.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to document findings and engage cross-functional teams.
• Maintain structured, detail-oriented, and accountable work habits while collaborating across teams.
• Apply a good understanding of large language models (LLMs) to inform AI development initiatives.
