A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a transformation project focused on process, project management, and change activities. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, strong skills in process improvement methodologies, and proficiency in project management tools such as Asana. Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate change resistance are essential for this role.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to contribute to a transformation project in either one of the areas of process, project support and/or change.
Process Review & Documentation:
Support/Lead the documentation and streamlining of key processes:
· Collaborate with Group Functions and BUs to build a process inventory (current and target state) for the in-scope processes and collect existing documents.
· Lead & facilitate process mapping workshops with Group Functions and BUs to capture As Is processes, current procedures, systems, and controls.
· Work with Group Functions and BUs to identify opportunities to streamline processes through simplification, automation, centralisation to SSC/BPO type organisation.
Program Management Support:
Support the Program Management of OneFrasers Program:
· Support Project leads in the adoption of Asana – project management tool
· Provide guidance to Project Leads on how to use the Asana Tool
· Support and ensure that project leads are updating their project status, risks, dependencies in Asana on a regular basis as per agreed standards and templates
Change Management Support:
Support Change Management activities by:
· Support the development of required change plans that will be implemented across the Group to drive adoption and minimize resistance across the organisation.
· Update the change impact assessment templates with relevant change impacts, mitigation/change actions, owners, timelines, status, etc.
· Support the change impact activities, through maintenance of the required templates, analysis and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
· Work with Group Functions and BU to assess change readiness and status of changes activities.
