Job Description: Business Analyst

One of our clients, a leading International Airline, is seeking to hire Business Analysts.

  1. Analyze Operations: Conduct comprehensive analysis of current Sales & Distribution operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis, develop models, and create insightful reports to support decision-making processes and drive operational improvements.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop dashboards, and establish performance metrics to monitor and measure the success of initiatives.
  4. Feasibility and Risk Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to evaluate potential projects and provide recommendations to management.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales Leads, D&T teams, and other business units, to gather requirements, document processes, and define project scope and objectives.
