Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing business performance, identifying opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams to provide insights that shape our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
2. Business Strategy: Support leadership in making data-driven decisions by creating dashboards, reports, and presentations.
3. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-backed improvements.
4. Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to drive growth initiatives and process automation.
6. KPI Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business health and success.

Requirements

1. 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or consulting in a high-growth environment.
2. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
3. Experience working with product, engineering, and finance teams in a tech-driven environment.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
5. Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
6. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
7. Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
