Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with a strong background in banking projects to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess solid banking industry knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Korean. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, supporting platform implementations, and facilitating workshops in Singapore and Seoul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications
• Assist in the design and implementation of banking platforms supporting products such as Trade Finance, Payments, Loans, and Savings accounts
• Participate in workshops and client meetings, both onsite and remotely
• Support project coordination, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Travel to Seoul or other locations as required for client engagements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in business analysis
• Prior experience working on banking projects with industry understanding
• Proficiency in Korean (not necessarily native) for liaising with Korean stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and be based in Seoul for workshops and client meetings
• Experience with banking platform implementations supporting Trade Finance, Payments, Loans, or Savings products
