Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8-10 years in technology business analysis or software development, focusing on investment/banking applications
• Experience managing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in documenting BRD, FSD, use cases in Gherkin, visual modeling, and business processes
• Expertise in ETL, SQL, APIs, data analysis, pattern recognition, and modeling

• Conduct data analysis, develop models, and present solutions to stakeholders
• Prioritize features, support project execution, and facilitate requirement revisions
• Define testing strategies, execute test cases, and support system adoption
• Collaborate across teams and lead Agile practices and ceremonies
