Seeking for a strategic Business Analyst, Consultant, to shape and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to gather requirements, model business capabilities and processes, and support the implementation of target operating models and digital transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements management: Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and specifications that guide development and testing teams.
• Process Mapping & Improvement: Document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes using industry-standard modelling techniques. Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support automation and systemization efforts.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support and coordinate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business users and clients.
• Project Support: Assist product managers and product owners in maintaining scope, timelines, and documentation.
• Documentation: Develop clear and structured business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and presentation materials.

Requirements

• Minimally 3-4 years of IT experience, with working exposure to government or enterprise projects.
• Working experience within System Integrator (SI), presales, solutioning, consulting.
• At least a full project implementation experience of medium-to-large sized IT project.
• Well familiar in Agile / Scrum methodologies, in project tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
• Proven track record in documenting and modelling business processes and system requirements.
• Analytical skills to interpret industry trends and recommend technology solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, proven stakeholder management ability, Business Users, and Technology.
