A leading firm in project management in Singapore is seeking a highly experienced contractor to lead improvements in New Product Introduction (NPI) planning processes. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced contractor to lead and drive improvements in our New Product Introduction (NPI) planning processes. This role is critical in enhancing cross-functional collaboration, streamlining workflows, and ensuring timely and cost-effective product launches.
Timesheet hours to fill : 8 hours
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current NPI planning processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Design and implement process improvements that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management.
Develop and standardize planning tools, templates, and documentation to support scalable NPI processes.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to NPI planning efficiency and effectiveness.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience (8+ years) in NPI planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a high-tech or regulated industry.
Strong background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Project, Jira).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience with digital transformation or automation of planning processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
