Required Skills Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably on digital platform, with at least 2 years in corporate or business banking domain.
- Familiarity with digital platforms offering transactional banking, user access management, trade services, or payment workflows for business clients.
- Strong skills in writing user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Ability to grasp complex business processes and translate them into clear specifications and workflows.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across product, UX, tech, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fintech, or enterprise-grade digital platforms in corporate banking space.
- Understanding of multi-tier user access models, transaction approval workflows, and regulatory constraints in B2B banking.
- Experience with micro-frontend-based platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to design thinking or service design frameworks is an advantage.
