JOB SCOPE:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review, and ensuring end-to-end system & process delivery and testing.
- Implement and support digital customer journeys to improve both customer and employee experience in the bank.
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to design, re-engineer processes, and implement operational solutions.
- Ensure smooth operational rollout.
Additional Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Re-engineer end-to-end processes, analyze, and review operational solutions.
- Implement automation strategies to transform consumer banking operations.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, review, and document requirements artefacts.
- Review functional specifications and process definition documents.
- Coordinate and ensure UAT test plans and cases are executed within schedule.
- Provide post-production support, review, and track production issues to closure.
- Work closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Skillsets (Good to have)
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives, preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry, in areas such as:
- Consumer Banking Operations
- Customer Centre
- Wealth / Loan / CASA products knowledge
Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree holder.
