Talentvis is looking for a Business Analyst for its client in the automotive industry. Our client is a well-established internationally renowned motor vehicle manufacturer.
Job Scope
1. Pricing Operations
- Act as the liaison between distributors and internal departments regarding pricing matters.
- Handle tasks such as responding to pricing queries, managing price adjustments, and maintaining accurate pricing data in relevant systems.
- Support distributors in conducting competitor pricing surveys and analyzing market trends.
- Perform price analysis for spare parts to support informed decision-making.
2. Sales & Profit Analysis
- Analyze and plan sales strategies for service parts distributed to partners.
- Monitor distributor performance through sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to visualize profit and sales data.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Economics, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong potential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident with numbers.
- Eagerness to learn and grow; open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
- Experience with Power BI or large data sets is an added advantage.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in teams.
- Willing to travel as needed.
