Job description

Your mission:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for the development team
• Investigate and analyze issues and gaps in current processes and propose solutions
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with technical leads to design optimized solutions
• Ensure requirements and solutions align with organizational architecture, security, and regulatory guidelines
• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering through implementation
• Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives on time and within scope
• Coordinate and provide support to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist in reviewing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency

Your profile:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or wealth management sector
• Hands-on experience with the OLYMPIC banking system
• Strong understanding of financial products (such as securities, loans, deposits, foreign exchange, etc.)
• Ability to create clear documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and related tools (such as JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to reprioritize tasks as needed
• Proficient in SQL and able to create queries for data analysis and validation
