About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform across multiple business units within the Group. You will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the system is optimized for efficiency, data integrity, and scalable business growth.

You will also collaborate with and be part of Group Finance on value-added IT initiatives and cost-optimization efforts to support the Group in achieving cost-imputation goals and building a scalable structure aligned with the efficiency objectives set by the Group Co-Founder.

As part of the Group’s ongoing transformation journey, you will play a key role alongside Group Inventory Risk and Product Management teams to support the Group CFO in revamping procurement, sales, and risk management processes—laying the foundation for a truly scalable, data-driven organization. With decision-making increasingly led by data, the maintenance, enhancement, and security of our infrastructure are more critical than ever.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail, resolving system issues and user queries.

  • Assist in gathering requirements from business users and translating them into functional specifications.

  • Support enhancements and configurations of Business Central to meet evolving business needs.

  • Coordinate needs to conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with external vendors or implementation partners when needed.

  • Assist in data analysis and reporting for sales and operations teams.

  • Work with cross-functional teams across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce verticals to improve digital processes and workflows.

  • Support automation initiatives, including Power Automate integrations and low-code tools where relevant.

  • Basic Level 1 support on Infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or LS Retail.

  • Familiarity with sales processes, inventory, and finance modules in Business Central.

  • Good understanding of business operations in B2B/B2C/e-commerce environments.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, multi-brand business environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.

  • Exposure to retail or e-commerce operations.

  • Basic knowledge of integration tools (e.g., APIs, data connectors).
