Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving data-informed strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, optimize workflows, and leverage data insights to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions, using tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Process Optimization: Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing streamlined workflows.
  • CRM and Customer Engagement: Leverage CRM systems, particularly Braze, to analyze customer data, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance customer journey experiences.
  • Utilize Braze to design, execute, and analyze personalized marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data within Braze to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital, marketing, or technology-driven environment.
