Job summary

A leading technology resources company in Singapore is seeking an experienced application developer with expertise in access control and strong SQL skills. The role involves analyzing and developing applications, providing administrative support to the IDM team, and ensuring high-quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 6 years of relevant experience in a finance institution. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications.
  • Perform requirement analysis, mapping design, and programming.
  • Provide administrative support to the IDM team.

Skills

Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL
Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python/Java
Hands on experience with Reporting tools
Comprehensive knowledge in User Access Management
Comprehensive knowledge in Identity Management implementations

Education

Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications.
  • The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.
Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

  • Understand each business unit's Role & Access provisioning processes.
  • As a role maker Review and Create Business Policies and Roles in identity Management System.
  • Understand and Validate the Application or Department level Role Matrix.
  • Follow-up on Consolidated Access certification feedbacks/queries.
  • Perform target account reconciliation against the Identity Management system.
  • Help the IDM team by completing the daily tasks assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to IDM team.
  • Maintains a High level of quality and productivity per client standards.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent computational ability.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
Key Domain/Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge on access control, preferably RBAC (Role Based Access Control).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
  • Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java.
  • Hands on experience with Reporting tools.
